  Dunno what all the bad reviews are about. When I went in their to ship a large box and an armful of mail all the staff had smiles. The first staffer that I went to was helpful but due to the size of box I needed to ship, the next lady over (Chi) took over and within 5 minutes everything was boxed, taped and submitted. Easy peasy! I got there around 2pm and there were maybe 5 people in line and people were getting processed in a timely manner.

  This post office has moved several times in the last few years while the Macy’s was renovated. It is now quite clean & convenient and the staff are as helpful as ever. I choose this spot over other DTLA locations even though it is further of a walk for me.

  Not a secure place, Staff forces customers to leave their packages in bins outside. Anyone can grab any of of the packages from these bins easily... Sent a package with track number from this post office, never arrived, $50 plus postage fee evaporated ...
