::Absolutely horrible service. Misdelivered packages on a regular basis. I drive out of my way to avoid using this post office.

::Workers are teamsters so they (get it done). Stellar service and to satisfy tech cravings they have several machines where you can buy stamps, weigh packages or print a label. The wait here at times is non-existent or 15-20 deep on the weekends, if you time it right its perfect on non Friday or Holiday periods. This post office has a great Eagle mural and is clean. PO Boxes are offered here. Passport services offered—-see photo---Hi Belen! Delivery has been accurate for the last thirteen years. I am grateful for carrier Steve and the teamsters who I have come to know. Special thanks to Xavier. The Federal Government and teamsters are a great team.

::The most hatful place in Brea. No one cares about Sign-up sheet for US Passport. It doesn’t mean anything’s to the rude and old workers, but if you are an Asian ethnic they will do lots of things for you (favoritism). 1 hr waiting for job should be down in 10 minuets. Clerk Chen came to help me then in the middle of it she said she has to go, and next person show up and take the person behind me. Even down, I advised them 3 times that I came earlier than her they still take her instead. Really!!!!

::DO NOT GET A PASSPORT HERE! I HAVE COME ON THREE SEPERATE OCCASIONS AND WHOEVER THE LADY IS EITHER "STEPPED OUT" AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN SHE COMES BACK OR SHE IS OUT FOR THE DAY EVEN THOUGH SHE IS SCHEDULED. IN STARTING TO THINK SHE DOESN'T EXIST!!

::If I could give a zero or negative star rating I would. Unfortunately this is my local post office. My stuff gets sent to other homes all the time. I've seen them literally throw my packages when they didn't think I was looking. I constantly recieve others mail and have to redeliver it myself. They dont even bother to read the full address of the mail, just the number. The only possible way they could be worse would be if they literally set my mail and packages on fire.
