  The man at the counter was rude and he squeezed and bent my christmas card envelope like he was trying to break it. :(

  The receptionist in the front counter is so rude, and sometimes I couldn’t understand what she was saying! Disappointed from their bad service!

  The lady at the counter was so rude and wouldn't listen to me, the same first class package costs me 2.67 everywhere else except at this place not sure why and she asked me either pay up 3$ or take it back. Also adding that I should not be asking or telling her anything, is this a place where people get services or take orders, really unprofessional.

  I am a Chinese. Two Chinese women served us. I should protect Chinese people but this time I am so disappoint. They don't want to send my package without explain why. They said:"You are wasting our time". My question is, if no one wasting their time, how can they get the job?
