::The passport lady doesn’t know her job. Day 1…went in to deal with my passport, she said I won’t be able to get it until 15 weeks, told her I’m doing it through a private agency. She said I needed a letter of authorization. Got that taken care of. Day 2 arrived 2 mins late, waited another 15 mins for her to finish with someone else then she comes out and said I missed my appointment. Day 3, got there on time, still had to wait another 15 mins, so if everything is so time efficient why did i needed to wait 15 mins for my appointment? But I got everything that was needed, had an attitude the entire time, kept telling me ohhh you’re not going to get your passport in time, I said ma’am for the 5th time I’m doing it through a private agency. Got everything taken care of, went to the agency, they took care of me. Why did I get a call today 5/17/2023 from the department of state saying that the money order the post office printed wasn’t printed well and the bank will reject the cheque. So now I have to wait for them to mail me back the cheque to take it back to this very rude and lackadaisical women, because she messed the money order. Will be filing a complain and she should be fired.

::Mail delayed 24 HOURS because of their poor service and lies Some of the employees can be extremely rude and bossy, and should get fired. Case in point. We arrived at this post office at 6:02 pm. There were still several customers in line inside. But the door was closed and an employee was only letting people out. I asked her if I can hand her my labeled Priority Mail envelope to make sure it ships tonight. She said I need to get out and put the envelope in the drop off box. I asked her if they would remove the envelope from the box that day. I said it was urgent. She said yes. But she sounded so rude that I was extremely doubtful. Sue enough, my urgent envelope was sitting in the box for another 24 hours at this post office. So horrible!! These people should be fired!!

::If I could give 0 stars I would. I contacted this facility the day after a package was marked as delivered and it wasn't in my mailbox. After attempting to call them multiple times with no response, I contacted another Post Office in Laurel. Only after she called the supervisor of this Post office (Joshua, if that's even his real name) did they call me an hour or two later. Which is fine, possibly busy. That wasn't an issue. The issue is the lack of accountability and effort taken to find the package their courier misdelivered. I spoke to Joshua two days ago and he stated that he was going to send someone out to check my mailbox and would contact me in about an hour. Two hours go by and I decide to call back. Joshua reassures me "I haven't forgotten about you. I'm still waiting for the courier to get back to me." I'm like, okay. We get off the phone. I try calling their office /three/ hours later and I'm told the supervisor is gone for the day. Still no status on my package. Yesterday I called the post office again around 9am. I explain that I've been waiting since the previous day for someone to inform me of where my package is. A woman gets Joshua on the line and he apologizes for not getting back to me, his courier had not spoken to him. Now I'm irritated. Reach out, communicate, something. Don't just go home for the day. Joshua proceeds to tell me he's "sending a courier out there right now to knock on neighbors doors" and I'll hear from him in "15 minutes". Of course I didn't and received no information for the rest of the day. Whoever they sent out couldn't have knocked on my neighbor's doors (or they did a horrible job) because the neighbor right across from me returned my package yesterday evening saying it was in their mailbox. This is the worst customer service experience I've had in trying to recover a misdelivered package. Do better.

::The lady in the passport was very rude to me on Saturday. She did not give me a chance to ask questions, just showed me to the other side which did not pertain to me. If she had let me ask my question, I would have saved standing in line for nothing but a waste.

::I was there on Monday had an appointment to apply for passport. I feel like a helpless at all . Because there is no any welcoming vibes from the post office worker . I really want to tell that please make an environment to everyone who are becoming a new citizen of this country . feel like a racist treat with rude behavior . No politeness at all she need to learn a customer service. #USPS if management team will not review the problem I will be more dissatisfied.., …..🗽
