  Why is it so hard to pick up the phone. Loosed so many packages that said delivered but i never got them. It seems their carriers are now stealing. I actually ran after one in the cold to find my package after it said delivered.

  The most irresponsable workers, I sent a box , and the lady couldn't just see the address I wrote on the box and she put another address which didn't exist. I lost the money. I wish they could hire someone who does a better job.
