  I had a package that came in, and I arrived about ten minutes before closing to pick it up. They said I came in too late. Then, the next day, they told me it was fine for me to send someone else to pick it up. Well, I did send someone, but they wouldn't surrender the package to the person I sent. I had spoken to an alleged manager over the phone who was rude as well.

  If I could give a zero I totally would. I called after hours & someone answered the phone that could not help me. What is the point of answering the phone after hours if you can not help me??? And he interrupted me the entire time including hanging up. Stay tuned as I go over there for my package that they are holding.

  THE RUDEST GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A POST OFFICE. Not only do they give AWFUL customer service, refusing to give me my mail because I had my small pomeranian IN A ZIPPED UP BAG- they told me to leave her in the car and come back. Thank you for telling me what to do with MY animal and for not giving me my mail- which I haven’t received for 4 days and I had to call and find out for myself that my townhome mailbox is broken and that’s why I haven’t received my mail and they had just put in a request to have it fixed- FIVE DAYS LATER! Terrible customer service and awful mail delivery! Be more respectful and take some pride in your job! People’s mail is IMPORTANT!

  USPS is a joke. No wonder they are losing money and closing offices. If it were not for the fact this is the only office in this area, I would so use another one. (Which I usually try to do) But when their carriers threaten to not deliver your mail because your dogs bark at her and she is scared of them? Lady, get in another line of work. Dogs are a part of being a carrier. And mine are behind a METAL door and cannot get to you. Leave my mail and get off my porch!
