::The self-service station was easy to use and fairly quick, and the woman stationed by the door who assisted people was very kind and knowledgable. Excellent service!

::Employees refused to scan prepaid label and said I had to use to kiosk outside. When I was leaving, one made a comment “If she knows how to use the kiosk, why did she come inside?” Because using the kiosk, as the kiosk itself says, does not confirm that USPS has actually received the package. He argued the machine does not say this. Not sure what the problem was, the office was not busy and there was no line. They spent more time arguing with me than it would take to just scan the label.

::The most inept organization that ever existed. God forbid they lose your stuff cause you ain't ever getting it back. They give you phone numbers to call nobody answers they just ebdlessly ring. The automated email responses continually says it's resolved when it is not. And you will be left calling the same customer service number that leads you to the same customer service people who cant help whatsoever lol. Do everything in your power to never use this pos entity. Anything else would be better

::I brought a package with a prepaid label to be scanned so that I could be provided a receipt and to confirm that the usps has my package. I was told to use the self service kiosk but I did not want to use that because it does not guarantee the package was received. I was told the 2 employees who were standing around chatting could not scan my package and give me a receipt because "they would be reprimanded by their supervisor". Sounds like an excuse just to be lazy. Check your cameras and watch your employees turn away a customer while they had an empty lobby, 8/20 around 330/335pm.
