  You'd think that the employees are trained to waste your time here. I've had multiple packages marked as "Delivered" or "No Access to Delivery Location" without any attempts to deliver the package. The office rarely answers the phone during business hours, which makes rescheduling these "failed" deliveries a huge pain. I needed to add delivery instructions to a package, but the website was down. When I finally got through on the phone, they told me that I had to visit them in person to make the changes. When I got there, they told me that I couldn't change the delivery instructions in person and I had to do it online. I told them that their website was down and that they had just told me to visit in person during our phone call and they acted like I was wasting *their* time.

  Brian is the rudest employee I've ever witnessed and should be fired & never allowed to work with customers. I observed him scream at a customer for grabbing free shipping labels & envelopes. The customer explained that he needed to ship his orders the next day & Brian screamed at him to order them online. Very unprofessional. Brian needs conduct training. I felt bad for the customer.

  I was given the wrong mailbox keys, so for three months I’m wondering why I keep getting someone else’s mail. I had to reach out to that tenant and give them their keys because they also have the wrong keys. So now I don’t have mailbox keys. I went out of my way to walk all the way to the post office just for the front clerk to be unbelievably rude and blame me for not coming sooner. I was also yelled at for giving the correct tenant their keys back and they are expecting me to pay $40 for a mistake they made. I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible.

  They are not delivering packages or mail instead they are sitting in the trucks or trying to drop stuff off to the CLOSED leasing office when our mailboxes are in our buildings. Then they just don't make an attempt again. Had a package that they "tried to deliver" (to the wrong building might I add) back on 11/18 and they never attempted again and instead are just holding it. Also have yet to receive insurance cards that I have had to try to get a hold of 3 times now!!

  My mail kept getting returned to sender. I went in, explained that there were two different streets with the same street name & that do not connect to eachother as one is a dead end. They tried to claim there are not two of these address to my face told me "Im not going back and forth with you," claimed none of my mail was returned to sender, rolled their eyes at me, and then refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Claimed my mail was "still processing since I moved in a week ago," Ive lived at the same address for nearly two months and my mail was getting forwarded over a month ago. Completely unprofessional, completely rude, incompetent at their jobs. When I showed them the address, they said "Thats not ____ address. What address is that?" I said, "Its MY address." To which they responded, "No its not, we know where you live its off ___ road." That is in fact NOT where I live, and is the other street with the same name two blocks down from me in a different neighborhood subdivision. Found out later after this encounter, there are THREE streets with the same name within a 4 mile radius of each other, after they insisted that there is only one street with that name. Would give a negative star if I could. Am going to file a formal complaint with HQ or the Better Business Bureau.
