::This post office has your package and will not deliver it on time and even at times they can not find your package or if your packages says its there on the website or even say out for delivery they will deliver your package on time meaning the due date. to them the due date is either 1 week later or months later,i hate having my packages coming there and calling the number its always busy. i have packages from 2 /14/2018 still waiting but it says online delay or pending. how about them listing your package as delivered and you are in your house waiting and you look out the door there is no package or note left for you. plenty of games with these people there. DO YOUR JOB AND DELIVER THE PACKAGES TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS OR DELIVER IT ON THE DUE DAY FOR DELIVERY. ITS A PAIN TRYING TO GET YOUR PACKAGES ON TIME.

::Had an issue with temporary letter carrier who was unaware of rate differential for metered mail; he would not take mail. We had mail backed up for two days. However supervisor, Laurel, was very good at getting back to me when I filed a complaint, she was very responsive. I would give her 5 starts but letter carrier 1 which is how we're at the 3 stars.

::The supervisor is rude and inprofessional. Called about undelivered electronic that stated on my tracking number "Delivered in/at mailbox" which first of all I do not have one and secondly the supervisor comes back stating the carrier never scanned the package, carrier stated he never delivered or scanned any packages due to inclement weather and to put icing on the cake, the supervisor told me to file a claim cause she was not looking through any packages to find my lost item. Totally lacking professionalism and empathy.

::Este sitio es una porqueria..devieran ver como los trabajadores tratan las personas y si vas mas de una ves y te venmuchas veces.te ponen la cara tu otra ves..uno se atrevio a decirme porque no buscas otra manera de mandar tus paquetes.deje de vender y molestarlos...si van preparen tiempo y calidad de calma.
