::Sometimes has an off day but generally good. They did exceptionally well during the holidays when everyone is already stressed and rushing. The gentleman handling triage in the vestibule was great at spotting the people who just needed a quick service and alleviated a lot of traffic jam. The handlers behind the service windows were equally great. Sometimes customer service inside is backed up and visibly stressed and that affects quality of demeanor but not sure if it ultimately alters efficiency.

::Topic: Passport Services Listen, this is the place to go to submit passport applications and take passport photos to submit with your application. Tracy is the gentleman that works in the passport section. He was friendly, helpful and made it a great experience. Taking photos in government offices is not usually a good experience but that is different at the Apex Post Office. From start to finish, it was less than 15 minutes. Go with your completed application as well as your photocopies for your originals. That helps as well. Just ask for Tracy in the Passport office and you will leave smiling. Thanks Tracy!

::I know most people would like to abreact their mood if they feel unhappy with their own mails or packages. Actually, some mistakes are due to the customers themselves, some mistakes are attributed to one or more specific staff. However, the USPS office is clean and the staff here are really kind, friendly and helpful. Most people may not bother to give a good comment but despite to make complaints here once they are unhappy. And I think that’s why the USPS office is quite lower rated. I would like to make a 5 stars review here because I did get help and received kindnesses here. The staff is really patient and their smiles are really warm. The most important is that they help fetch my lost package.

::It is like a hit or miss. The receptionist lady was chatty with her friends and goes the extra mile to package their goods. But she was blunt and said she was out of tape or labels for my package. She just shrugged and called the next person in line. I will refuse to go to her line in the future. (1*) I waited a few min and went to the other receptionist guy - he helped me create a quick label and stuck it to my package and processed it. Night and day in customer service. (5*) I averaged these two experiences to 3*
