::Second time I came here and the store was closed before 5. I arrived at 4:40pm. Just change the hours to 4:30!!!

::Here's the summary. We all have been to numerous post offices, however my job errand requires that I visit several of them more often than some. This post office is different because the staff appears happier here and would GLADLY post mark my envelopes without WHINNING to me that they dont have time for post marking my envelopes like the post offices in Hoboken and Jersey City. The staff here greet you and smile at you. I love this post office despite the long line.

::Samantha, lovely black lady was SO nice and not just to me but to everyone before me. I overheard and was so happy to see such a great personality. It was 10 mins before closing so even after a long day she was EXCEPTIONAL so I made a point of asking her name. She made a effort to be super jolly and sweet to everyone

::Worst customer experience ever. I walked in and the two ladies working there were full on arguing I waited patiently for about 2 minutes and not one of them stopped to help me. I was standing in the register where Selema the manager was, thinking she would help me. I had to literally tell them to help me and stop arguing. Selema very rudely told me to mind my business and that if I wanted I could go to the Van houten post office. Then she told me I am not open when clearly she was the only one on the register the other lady was more towards the back. I asked to speak to a manager because this was beyond rude and was worse experience ever. She screamed at me and said I’am the manager. Post Office do better and hire decent people.

::I like going to this post office because the staff makes an effort to get to know regular customers. In addition, all the employees that I have encountered are pleasant and helpful. I have never experienced a problem with anyone at this location.
