::called to get information on a package that has been sitting at this location for 2 weeks. the person that answered is extremely rude and gave me attitude from the very beginning. asked to speak to someone else since i could not get my issue across to he due to her attitude. she stated she is the "only"person running the post office which is highly unlikely. i asked her again to please let me speak to someone else and she ended up hanging up on me. this is very unprofessional and rude. avoid this post office at all cost!

::It is a horrible experience! If you want to drop off a package, please remember to seal it! If not, the officer will charge you 4 bulks of the tape! It sucks!

::Doesn’t open until 11am, then employees take very long and inconsistent lunch breaks until ~3pm, then closes again at 4pm. So, the employees work about 2 hours a day here? If only those two hours were consistent I could plan my visits accordingly. I don’t understand how USPS allows this kind of waste to continue.

::Inconsistent with lunch hours. Slow. Few employees. For a populated student area (UMD Campus), this place needs to be open during the day. It closes during class, and is USUALLY open between classes. Guess not when they take a 3hr lunch break.

::I was pretty shocked at how rude and angry the clerk became with me when I called to ask a question about my package. USPS unsuccessfully attempted to deliver a package to my apartment several days ago and there were no further updates since that day when I checked tracking. I had no idea if the package attempted to go out for delivery today, so I called and asked. From the start of the call, the clerk who answered the phone was angry with me and started raising her voice (nearly screaming) at me when I asked for clarification about tracking. She was super condescending, disrespectful, and angry throughout the whole call. I was not being disrespectful or rude towards her at all, so I see no reason for her to have been so rude.
