I love this location! I own a store and ship out items about every other day. When I moved out East I started going to another location closer to my new home, but they were so grumpy and rude. I have started driving the extra 15/20 minutes just to come back to this location! They know me by name and always have a smile on their face! Cheryl, Steve, and Jayla are awesome!!! Thanks guys!

All the normal cashier/teller folks here are a delight and I work with them a few times a month or more to mail products to customers, but god forbid you have to pick something up that the supervisor has to handle and there’s a problem with it, then it’s your fault somehow that your letter isn’t in the building apparently :| five stars anyway tho, I like the cashiers too much ⭐️

Forgot to put postage on my package and put it in a collection box. Lady at this post office was so kind and understanding to my dilemma. She personally took my info and called the mail carrier about it. I got my package back same day and everything. Thanks again!

First of all, I want to say that I usually have a good experience with this place whenever I come in to drop off mail. However, my experience was completely different when I tried to establish new mail service over the phone. I was put on hold for fifteen minutes on my first call, which probably means they completely forgot about me. I called back to explain to them what happened, and I did not even get an apology or an explanation. To make things worse, the lady who answered the phone was very impolite and very snappy. I even told her that if this was too much for her, I can call another day, which she didn't even acknowledge. I understand that their line of work can be hectic, but it should never be at the expense of the customer whose time is valuable as well.
