::Great, I just dumped about 20 packages to hard floor, including fragile and heavy box. Great drop box, everything dropped goes strait to the hard floor from about 5 ft height. Nice. Update: 4 years later, all the same, 1 star is too good. New - very unprofessional and rude staff behavior.

::I went in today for passport and had the worse experience ever! The woman was yelling at me the moment I came in. Customer/people are not responsible if she is not happy with her job. She should learn to respect people and not be rude. I will not be returning to that post office.

::Why does the passport woman always yell at customers like they are children? Customers are not children, they are paying for her salary. She makes going to this location very unpleasant. Maybe it's time for her to retire? Other employees here are nice but I think they feel abused by her. She is so pushy and loud. The place has lots of problems, her yelling like this doesn't help at all. The customers are not children, stop being disrespectful and stop yelling at them. Especially when they haven't done anything wrong. Yeah, she should retire or go work in the back. Seriously.

::I have gone here for years, and am especially nervous when I have to do anything requiring the complex, extra steps for visas, passport renewals, etc., setting up self-addressed express envelopes etc. I have had nothing but the best experience from every single post office employee as theyโve helped get those set up, even saving me $20-40 when making sure I had the correct postage. Thank you to every employee here; you are helping people with great necessities and arenโt given credit enough! Thank you!!!

::iโm October 5 I asked the clerk in this post office to help me cancel my mail forwarding. He asked me the ZIP Code for my home. He said that he could not do anything. That I had go the post office for my zip code. Not true! At All! He had lied. Why ? All he had to do is hand me a simple form to fill out.
