::They lost my package that I ordered for my son. They told me it was delivered to my door but I was home during the time stamp. I was told they knocked on my door but never did. I'll note that we have a dog that barks at every sound near our apartment door, and I'll check out door. Couple days later, I called them to see the progress of my case, they told me the package was delivered to my mailbox, nothing there and I also checked our apartment lease office and the employees told me there was no package under my name. Called back again, was told it was delivered to my door. It was always different answers when I called them. And I had to call them myself for updates on my case. Only once they called me back was when they wanted to know the reason of opening up a lost package case. After couple of calls into the case, I was put on hold or through voicemail. I finally called the head customer service and to find out they closed my case after 10 days I file. I honestly don't know what to do now but just feel angry. I can't even order another one because its discontinued.

::I went here to mail a package after getting an estimate at ups. The prices are much better here for shipping - I paid $ 45 at USPS instead of nearly $60 at UPS- plus I got insurance included. The lady at the counter , Jules, was nice and helpful.

::As I have spent all morning trying to call these beautiful people...and the phone call either sent to the busy signal, hung up on, or left to ring....I cannot thank God enough for UPS Fed Ex.

::Does anyone work here that is competant? No one answers a phone, and they can't even deliver a properly postaged Christmas package to a correctly addressed place. What dumbasses! Now christmas to my family is late because they don't know how to do their job. What a waste of tax dollars this crew is.
