  The people are respectful and courteous when they are here , buy they always open late every time time I come by . Sometimes open so late I have to leave for work .

  When Art, our regular carrier is working, we get our mail. On his days off, no mail is delivered to me or my neighbors. Some of us are on West 4th Street, some on West 5th Street. My rating would be five stars if we were being delivered regularly, but we're not.

  There is a thief postal worker at this location. Twice my bank card was stolen at this location. Each time in a Tuesday. She tried to activate it twice, each time it was on the posted hours for lunch. Once at 1:15pm and at 1:29pm.

  We lived in an apartment for 5 years the whole time we had missing mail. They were delivered in lock boxes so it wasn't stolen. I had to have important things delivered to my grandma to make sure I received our mail. Now we just moved across town and again whenever things are delivered through USPS we don't always receive or takes a long time. A little over a month ago I was waiting on a package that was to be delivered that day. As I was leaving to pick up my sons from school I noticed him nextdoor. So i waited, he skipped our mailbox and the next and went straight to the one down the street. He got out of his truck and seen me looking at him. I left to getT my sons and when I got back our mail was there. Now I was waiting on a package for Christmas, it was sent December 11. On Dec. 17 it was out for delivery. I called them after the holiday and they told me he wasn't able to deliver and it was at our post office. I went to pick it up and they said it wasn't there I had to wait for the driver to find it. Really? I recently seen in the news that they fake their deliveries. I believe that l. What an inconvenience to have to go wait in line for a package he never tried to deliver and then not be able to get because he can't do his job. BTW of he tried to deliver I would have gotten a note saying to pick up the package at the post office. And someone is always home during the day at our home. * Edit this is for the east tregallas branch. The 2 times I picked up at 4th street went ok but will still avoid sending/receiving from USPS.

  Little hidden gem! Way back when...this was the only Post Office in Antioch. Its no bigger than a studio apartment. You have to ring a bell for service. No one attends the front desk. There is maybe 1 or 2 customers there at all times. So instead of waiting 20 minutes in line at the Post Office across town I come here! In and out! The employees are always friendly and happy to help you. This part of town is pretty quiet. The hours are 9:30-4:30 Monday -Friday.
