::On 3 separate occasions, I have had a similar experience every time. Each experience was unfortunate, the employees have a poor attitude and demonstrate poor customer service. On several occasions I've received the wrong packages and my package was delivered to a completely different address. When I talked to the supervisor, I was told that it would be handled and I would be notified. IF I did not handle it myself and investigate the situation myself (off of a lucky guess) my package was in preparation to be returned. I still have not received a phone call from anyone at the post office about my package. It is completely unacceptable and packages are a very important and sensitive matter, however there seems to be no sense of urgency, care, or sympathy at this particular establishment. I whole heartedly wish I could handle business at another post office, but unfortunately I'm stuck with this one.

::They have bad answering service! They keep you on wait for 30-45minutes and never answer, as well they are rude. If it wasn’t for us, they be jobless

::They are missed me more than 4 items. The ebay tracking said delivered by this stupid office and when I checked I was missing. They should hire people they understand how to read address.

::Terrible service. My car broke down, but I needed to pick up a time sensitive package. So I walked approximately seven miles out of my way to pick it up. When I got there they said, "it's here, we just can't find it. I don't know where the driver put it." And refused to deliver it to the post office box at my apartment complex. Priority mail my ass. I will be filing a nasty customer service complaint and demanding a refund.
