I am mixed feelings about this post office. I really like the staff who work the front. They are very friendly and helpful. By now they know me pretty well and greet me with smiles and cheerful conversation. I give them 5 STARS. On the flip side I CAN'T STAND the carriers from this location. I give them ZERO STARS. I stay complaining about them. There is always an issue with my packages. I will check my tracking It will say package delivered to come home and see nothing. Tracking will say " unsecured area notice left" and there will be no notice to pick up left . I have even straight up never even got some packages. Sadly this is a every day experience for me. I stay chasing my mail. I can't even begin to explain how frustrating this is. You don't mess with peoples mail, that's why it's a felony offence. But these carriers could really care less.

So, I was next in line and one of the older gentlemen who works there starts asking mev what I needed. He's not working the line, just standing around. As I'm explaining what I need, while so waiting to be called next, this lady swoops in and skips me! I'm pissed because the den cashier knew his ass couldn't help me and could of said she was ready for me and could of told the lady it was my turn! This was the 2nd damn post office I have been to today with a horrible experience! I see why people are going to other places to have their items shipped! Screw the post office!

The post office has been in this neighborhood for a long time and the people who are making negative comments about it are probably newcomers to the neighborhood. I have lived in southeast houston on and off for a few years now and this is probably the best post office in the area. Some people need to lower their expectations. It is just the post office for crying out loud

I'D GIVE IT ZERO STARS OF I COULD. Cashier ladies are the rudest people you'll ever meet. Specifically a lady by the name of V. Jones. I have never been treated so poorly in a place of business in my my entire life. I am livid.
