::I think this location gets a bad rap. Every time I've been there, they are helpful and friendly. Sure, sometimes there's a long line and you have to WAIT. One of the young men is especially pleasant and friendly. I think he's mixed? I just mention that in case supervisors are reading this and will know who he is.

::This post office has been losing my packages for this entire past year multiple times. It always says on tracking it's delivered but it never arrives! When I call to ask where it is they take my name and number and never give me a call back. Now I have to get all of my packages delivered to relatives because of the negligence and incompetence of this post office.

::Even this one star rating is too generous. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism at this branch staggers the imagination. Service is consistently poor, the office chronically understaffed, attendants and supervisors are complacent to the point of disdain and no one is held accountable for this dismal level of service. While I'm not generally an advocate for outsourcing If these individuals represent the current state of Federal postal employee's it's time to get the government out of the mail business and privatize all US domestic mail service once and for all.

::I go to this location often because it's most convenient but it also means long waits and half the time, I can't accomplish everything I planned on doing because they don't know how. When shipping international, I asked them to add tracking and they said that wasn't possible. Shipped international at a different location the following week and they offered tracking and explained my options. I also often add money to a business permit and they always tell me they can't. I've called USPS about this and ask them where to go and they refer me back to this location.

::PLEASE, BY ALL MEANS, finish your conversation while I stand there waiting on you. I'm the ONLY ONE THERE in line, yet two desk employees want to sit and TALK for a good 3 or 4 minutes. Then when I walk up to the front desk, you have the nerve to WALK AWAY and CONTINUE TALKING TO THE OTHER EMPLOYEE on duty! I'm not sure, do I need to take a ticket??? I am, after all, the only person waiting and no one can assist me in mailing a letter? Unfrickin believable. Yet these postal workers want a raise. This branch should literally be shut down and everyone ***FIRED***.
