  Clean enough but if you’re trying to actually mail out a package after hours using the self service machine and drop off box there’s no way to actually drop off your package as there are no handles to open the drop box. 🤔😒

  terrible. their phone is disconnected, i cant even get to a live person to figure out whats going on. when i call other locations they tell me its not their zip code so not their problem. getting pretty frustrated.

  It's fine. It's the post office, you know? The people who work there are nice, if a little harried during the holidays. Approach and parking aren't too bad, and it's easy to get back to Richmond. There's a chicken and egg problem with angry customers and indifferent employees at POs sometimes, but they seem patient here. This location is fine, but the tracking and shipping tools the USPS has are antiquated and suffer a lot of down time, which sucks. TL;DR: This is the best post office in the neighborhood and you best shot for escaping with your sanity if you need to mail a package.

  We've been using this location approx. 3 times a week for the past 15 years. Staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly.
