::Zero status would be more accurate. More than once the delivery person has failed to deliver a package on time and then makes a false statement for the reason the package was not delivered. In my opinion the real reason is that the person is not conscientious pr diligent in doing his job. If you go to the post office to pick up a package or conduct other business, they are the most unfriendly people I have ever met. Maybe they are overworked....it is just hard to understand their attitude.

::They didn't answer their phone for two days now. Can't ask a question without driving over there.

::This post office is the worst post office in the United States. The staff are rude, and the letter carriers seriously need to quit abusing animals, get up off their passive aggressive power trip, and do their jobs already. It has risen to the level of complaining to the post master general to get rid of certain specific carriers that nobody in the community can stand.

::Zero stars is more appropriate. They have never answered their telephone I’d say in the last 10 years of me trying to reach them. I always end up driving to and going inside for assistance, it’s the only way. Do not waste your time calling they’ll never answer I think it’s a fake number.

::The website says to call if you need to make a Saturday passport appointment. I am unable to go during their normal hours, so I have called 20+ times over the past 2 days to get an appointment and they still haven't answered the phones.
