::Very busy after work. But professional and experts. Appreciate the ladies who keep it moving. Cheers!

::My low rating has to do eight the fact that the post office is in total chaos. When packages are received, and you receive notification, then go to pick them up, they can’t find the package. This has happened repeatedly, and some packages never show up. On 11/28/2017, I went to pickup an expensive electronic package worth over $1,000, and they can’t find it. It makes me wonder how honest the staff is there.

::We haven't received mail in over a week, I called four times to complain and no one ever answers the phone. I called USPS and there's over an hour wait for a customer service agent to assist you. Completely ridiculous.

::It is not the place, but the manager Marcellus Wright. I have had many problems with the new postal people asigned to my St. From what I was told there are about four. Many of my packages have been lost or given to people who are not me. Loads of packages were left on my porch several times that belonged to other people. Up to four to five large packages were left several times.I had to call several times to have them picked up. There is one older lady who works there who helped me. The manager is of no help. He will not return phone calls and he dissemble. The last time a package was not delivered, I called him. I was in the middle of explaining when he told me he was on a three way call and would get back to me. He never did so I went to see him in person, only to be told that he left early. He never called. I have complained many times to customer service to no avail. I shouldn't have to live in fear of whether or not I will receive my packages. Mr. Wright's behavior is one of "I don't care." He seems to be protected which is not right. He removed from my area an excellent postal person to replace him with four postal persons who doesn't seem to care about what they are doing.

::This is an old school post office. You walk inside, there are a bunch of P.O. Boxes, there are some boxes and other stuff you can buy, and there's a counter with employees back there handling the mail. There's regularly a line, but you get humans at the end of the wait who are knowledgeable and thorough. I just wish Congress would authorize local post offices to offer basic financial services (i.e., cash checking and bill pay). If that happened, five stars.
