::This post office stinks. Mailed a letter certified from Short North to downtown, it was supposed to be delivered two days ago and tracking just keeps updating as delayed. How long could it possibly take to get a few miles up the road? I never have these issues at other locations. The other reviewers are right. Avoid if you can.

::They never answer the phone. Only one person works at a time and express mail gets delivered late, if at all.

::A couple years ago when I lived near campus they didn't deliver a two-day express package for two weeks so I went to ask them and they couldn't help me. Package randomly showed up a couple days later. Now I ordered a package online and they said they couldn't deliver because of an address problem; the address was correct though and I still received some paper mail that day. Now they'll return it to the sender. What am I supposed to tell the sender? Use the same address and send it again? If I recall both of these instances occurred on saturdays. If you order something hope its not expected for a weekend delivery because they will skip you in order to get done with their route sooner. No accountability. Amazon prime has been good so far though and that earns them one star.

::I'm only leaving a 1-star review because I can't leave a 0 star review. This place is garbage. Never professional, the staff always seems irritated that customers are even in the building, and today I pull up around 2p and the doors are locked. It isn't a holiday. It's a random Thursday. No note on the door for explanation. Just me and a bunch of other frustrated folks trying to mail something. No wonder the USPS is having such a hard time staying afloat.

::I have waited and waited on time-sensitive mail to be delivered. It was out for delivery but then the status was never updated. It's probably lost. I have only ever seen the mailman once and he did not look happy at all. I went in to the office and I have never seen something like it before. I initially called and no one picked up and there was no voicemail either. When I walked in, there was literally bullet proof glass at the counter and I only saw one employee working. All 5 people at this office should be fired, at that's including the mail carriers. I have reported fraud and stolen mail by this office, but I doubt anything will actually be changed.
