::The mailman had been delivering our packages to another house, although the address on the package was correct. After not receiving the packages, I called the post office multiple times and no one answered. Eventually, the neighbor who was receiving the mail went out of their way to get the packages back to the right address.

::Terrible service when i called...had an issue with my mails that were missing due to the mailbox being broken and mails were exposed so i called in and the lady told me there was nothing that they could do if the mail had no tracking number. Such a waste of time i would have given no stars if that was an option😡

::This the most unhelpful post office. I was sending a certified letter and when I took the form up to the window, the woman told me to attach the forms to the envelop myself. "I should have read the instructions." I felt like saying now I can work here too but she was intimidating and I heard she threatened people. I was afraid she might tear up my letter after I left.

::I've been pleasantly surprised by my visits here. First, a bit of warning about the local post offices. This post office services Hyattsville, zip code 20782. There are three post offices within two miles of each other (if not more) and they are very particular about their respective zip codes. I've run around trying to find the correct office a few times and have been sent elsewhere before, but this is mostly my fault. I've found the staff to be efficient but I've not had any personal trouble with rudeness. When I bring by packages they are quick to process them and generally get them out right away. I have had packages not delivered by my carrier and left at the post office. When I go to pick them up I have little trouble retrieving the packages.
