::I agree with the comments. The woman who works here is incompetent and lazy. She lost my package-- I am sure it's in the bin there somewhere. She could care less about it all. Retire lady. I will never use this location again.

::Incompetent and lazy with no concept of customer service or manners. When a post office is incapable of delivering one's mail, you have some serious problems. One does not need to be a rocket scientist to work in this occupation, just pay attention to repetitive details. The only time when care is shown is when you call her out on things and she threatens and barks at you with her authority and tells paying customers to go somewhere else. She burns more calories doing this than doing her job. Furthermore, this woman sits on a chair for a job that requires one to be on their feet all day. The post office is a warehouse after all. Unless she has accommodations, this is sloth, except those creatures are beautiful. Corporate needs to change this to a computerized service and get rid of the people (namely a woman) who are only taking up space to generate a check for doing nothing. This may stabilize the ever increasing costs of doing business at the USPS.

::unfriendly, impatient,and a tad rude. they also hang up when you call. pissed me of enough to go out of my way and review them, but from the other reviews it seems im not the only one.
