  I frequently use the downtown Raleigh post office, as I work nearby. The longest I've ever had to wait is 5 minutes. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

  With all of the recent detrimental comments that have been made about the USPS in the Triangle area, I must give high complements to the service received at the downtown Raleigh post office. Outstanding professionalism and customer service received from Jackie and Allen, in particular. Extremely appreciative.

  I was in and out, and Allen was able to help me with something that took two times and way too much frustration at the location on Oberlin road. He was very professional, and helpful, and I will make sure to go to this location from here on out.
