::Post Office is just ridiculous. I raced across the neighborhood to get there before 5 pm. Pulled in the parking lot with 7 minutes to spare the doors already locked with the closed sign up! Banging on the door to get in the girl working a snotty and rude

::What a joke! Made a 2:30 appointment weeks in advance to get our kids passports renewed. Pulled the kids out of school early and my husband changed his work schedule so we could get it done. Showed up 20 min early and the lady at the counter acted so surprised we were there. She proceeded to tell us that the lady told her that she had canceled our appointment and left 10 min before we got there. No phone call, no email, no text; nothing! Thankfully we were able to race down to the Midcity post office to get it done before my husband had to operateā¦they were absolutely wonderful! Friends of ours went at 10am the next week and had the same problem. This location should not be allowed to schedule passport renewal appointments and whoever is in charge of doing them needs to be fired. The worst part is thereās apparently no one in charge to talk to about the problem.

::Worst Post Office Everā¦ They Scan Your Packages To Make Them Say Their Delivered & They Never Been Sent Outā¦ Today I Woke Up To My Package Saying Available For Pick Upā¦ I Go To Corryville Post Office To Pick Up My Packageā¦ I Was Ah Black Woman With Blonde Hair Who Told Me āYour Package Is Out For Delivery Nowā Itās about 8:30am the post office opens at 7amā¦. she said itās our fault I donāt know why they would do that š I Said Can U at least page the driver and let him know Iām waiting on the package and she says no š® You mean to tell me, I called off of workā¦ came all the way from Westwood to pick up something you guys said was availableā¦ and itās not here and you canāt make a call for a customer you know has been giving the run aroundā¦. I hate this post office with a passion & I canāt wait to move to deal with more professional & caring peopleā¦ shut the whole post office downā¦

::donāt bother calling. i have called 10 times and no one has picked up. i called while at the location and i heard no phone ringing. so yeah. other than that, the postal workers were very nice to me and i really appreciate it.

::How our mail is delivered, not even our mailbox, have to walk down the street just to find our mail. I have found letters in the storm drain that was 6 months old. Havenāt received mail in 4 days now. Even though the mail guy pulls onto our street and takes off as soon as we try to speak to him. Been going on long before Covid so Iām tired of that excuse. My mom spoke to the manager and she got rude with my mother. Yelled at my mom that they didnāt have our mail but delivered 20+ pieces of mail the following day. Even put a traffic cone on our mailbox, yet the mail man still fails to see it. Canāt even make a complaint because it just goes right back to the manager who doesnāt even care and lacks customer service.
