  They should have nicer people in this place, a very old black woman made me go back in line when I had been in line for a long time and I stayed in the place, I had something wrong with my shipping box so I went to correct it what was wrong in my box and I went to his window and she sent me back to make another long line and she told me in a very ugly tone, which did not seem logical to me due to the fact that I had already been queuing. They should improve customer service at this place or put better trained staff. I think her name is Deidra

  The lady is so rude and she threw my package right into the bin in front of me . She made me stand behind the glass because I was wearing a mask? I don’t get it I only said hello to her I don’t know why she’s so upset 😭

  Last week, 11-20, tregallas had no Xmas stamps...or the clerk was too lazy to look👀 for me! Service there has really dropped off, wish downtown one was open on Sat as well.

  Someone has to do a disciplinary action at this place, you asked them nicely and politely and they are so rude. Someone even got into an argument with one of the costumers coz of the way they speak. Its like they are never thought some good manners and right conduct by their parents when they where kids. Ive been calling about a package and its been 2 weeks and no help. I mean if you dont like your job dont work and dont do costumer service. 🙄😒
