  Thank you to the two ladies behind the counter that was able to help me with my money order woes on Monday May 14 2018 around 10am. Without the two of them I don’t know what I would have done. You went above and beyond what was expected of you.

  Waiting is usually long and the service crews are not very friendly, you have to play 'Nazi soup' customers...

  When the service is good it’s great but when the service is slow it is terrible. When there are more than 15 people waiting for service, they do not deploy more people to help out. They just keep the same number of employees at the register and have you waiting for minutes sometimes hours to be seen. Their estimated wait times are never accurate. As one of the biggest post office in Boston they definitely need to go better with their customer service

  The most organized Post Office in the country. You pick a number and wait for your turn. Open until midnight every day! The Postal Service should optimize the space and partner with Staples or Office Depot to sell select office supplies while you wait.
