::They STOLE MY PACKAGE and REFUSE to give it back. I ordered an N64 flash cartridge to play N64 games and used a fake name. I missed the package and went to the post office multiple times to pick it up but I was rejected all those times and even called the post master. He told me baloney that FAMILY CAN STEAL PACKAGES from each other and that they wouldn’t allow me to take it. That would make sense, but the name was JOSEPH SWANSON. As in THE FICTIONAL CHARACTER FROM THE ANIMATED SHOW FAMILY GUY. I printed out emails and receipts and other records linking that package to me but they still refuse. I have been preparing a case against them and hope to receive money for damages unless they give me back my package that, as it states in the Shop app, I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE MAY 2022 FOR.

::This facilities mail woman Or men workers loose packages when being delivered,I ordered 3 packages that never arrived to our home, but but on our tracking system always says it delivered ,they're always delivering them to other houses I've had. Neighbor bring our mail . Always an issue on my block, I've seen so many workers put mail from other houses at my home.

::If I could give zero stars to this place.. I would, they are getting worse and worse in this post office, besides that the employees in front are sitting all day, they don't want to bother to say hello, or help you at all, it is awful!

::My $60 package was delivered today December 9th 2022 at 11:18 AM. I went to retrieve it around 11:56 AM. No package was there. They either stole my package or put it at the wrong address (i.e photo of a piece of mail I received in my mailbox that isn’t even my address) These people clearly can’t even read address numbers correctly or USPS is hiring thieves. I will definitely be going to corporate about this.

::I had two recent similar experiences at this Post Office, both relating to pickups of packages that were mistakenly sent to my old address. The first time I showed up and told them about the package and the address it was sent to. They found the package but said they couldn't give it to me unless I had a piece of physical mail from the old address. This is their policy for picking up packages wrongfully sent to a different address? Ridiculous, but probably not this particular location's fault. The staff gave me a bit of a hard time but when I showed a check with my old address I did get the package. Frustrating experience but the service was at least decent. The second time was a few weeks later. I walk into the post office with no one in line - there's one worker there who's just scrolling through his phone with AirPods in. I later found out he was on the phone with a friend while on the job. Cool, dude. I lay out my situation clearly and he grunts "ID" at me which I produce. He questions me about the address so I mention that I have a piece of mail with the old address (came prepared this time). He just held out his hand to me without a word. I gave him the letter and then he goes to the back and gets the wrong package sent to a different person. I tell him this and he seems to think I'm wrong, despite him seeing my ID minutes earlier. He then goes to the back for about five minutes and comes back with my package. He gives it to me, but not before lecturing me about how the carrier won't bring packages to the post office "if the name isn't on the mailbox." I try to express that I don't live there anymore but he talks over me, repeatedly mentioning the name on the mailbox thing. He also tries to give me back the same package he wrongfully gave me before, claiming that it's the same last name, when it clearly isn't. At least he left me with a "have a blessed day"...
