  Employees at the post office are extremely rude, especially to non-English speakers. If a package is larger than a book, most often carriers scan it "delivery attempted" (without leaving a notice) and it must be picked up at the post office. This has happened on numerous occasions when I was working from home and I can verify that no actual attempt was made. Without tracking I would never know I had a package. Carriers regularly throw mail on the porch, even if it's snowing. When I have requested to hold my mail, sometimes they hold it and sometimes they just continue delivering it. Once they delivered a package anyway. It was stolen.

  Ms.Terry is amazing never had a post office call me back to tell me my order is found I was crying and she called y'all need to raise her pay u are awesome God bless u

  These people are rude as all hell. Watched them literally throw packages around! Wouldn't cry if they made news... Hope you pull it with the right SK. And I support the program that provides your employees with Hooked on Phonics.

  These People Are Very Professional Corporate Needs To Be Called On This Post Office . They’ve been put in my mail and other people mailboxes. Totally unprofessional. 60623 area code !!

  THIS IS THE WORST WORST USPS OFFICE EVER. My package tracking number shows it was picked up by a person at 7am, even though the office opens at 8. I was told by the manager it was picked up! BY WHO!!?!??? Went a second time and I was told by the other person working there “it was accidentally scanned as picked up” SO WHERE IS MY PACKAGE! Apparently it’s not there. SO WHERE IS IT. It’s very sad how terribly bad they are at their job.
