::Unbelievably Frustrating. I was trying to get a passport and I had an appointment at 2:15 and 2:30. This was scheduled months in advance and I took time out of school to get this done. I arrived at 2:19 and they told me I couldn’t do it. Why? Because NO. I understand I was late, but I can still do my 2:30 appointment? NO. They said the 2:30 appointment is from 2:15pm -2:45pm. WELL THEN WHY IS IT A 2:30 APPOINTMENT. There was nothing saying to arrive a day early to the appointment. They just don’t care about their customers. I had all my paperwork ready to go, they said I was late… for my 2:30 appointment when I was there at 2:19. There were 3 workers and one Japanese guy couldn’t even speak English. Sorry for the rambling, just trying to vent my frustration.

::This is the worst post office I have ever been to. Fernando didn't offer full explanations of post office procedures then proceeded to YELL AT ME for not knowing the rules. He could not operate the Point of Sale system to give me a refund and berated me until I purchased postage for an item that NEVER MADE IT to the destination. The manager of the post office just looked and laughed at the situation instead of offering customer service. It is a complete shame that we have to pay increased prices to guarantee the pensions of people that can't even help us mail packages. I would prefer that they have to compete four our business, actually get educated on products and best practices for management - THEN you could actually deserve the pension we are already paying for. SUPER incompetent staff and when you see Fernando - and he yells - you have been WARNED!

::some of the staff lacks the typical "excessively nice" attitude seen in other places, and instead they behave like normal humans. i think that's why people complain. they do their job fine.

::UNHAPPY-RUDE-MISERABLE POSTWOMAN IN ROUTE IN Costa Mesa 92627 area. The phrase “going postal” is not fiction. On Saturday, August 3, 2022 I encountered the rudest postal carrier/ human being. I kindly approached her to ask if I could get a package that was of value. Had valid ID on me. She was extremely hostile and confrontational. She refused to give me my mail. She threatened to record me for what, I have no idea. I was not rude or yelling. So, I decided to record her. I went to the post office to show Dwayne her Supervisor and he told me that I can not make a complaint there but, online. He was kind and apologetic. I told him I am uncomfortable with this postal carrier having possession of my mail and asked if she can be given another route. This postal carrier is clearly mentally unstable. He told me that their Union does not allow them to change their postal carriers route. However, they do allow rude and miserable postal carriers to keep their job. To whom ever your name is postal carrier on this route, I think you should lose your job or quit if you are that unhappy that you feel the need to treat people so unkindly. Especially in front of their young child. You disgust me. Dwayne, the supervisor, train your staff better.
