    Extremely mismanaged place. Moving at the pace of glaciers. While a whole set of counters are empty, they keep people waiting in the passport line. They don’t even feel responsible. Processing lady is extremely slow. If I could give negative stars, I would.

    Several employees display rude and impatient behavior, most notably an individual with an Asian appearance and glasses at the far end of the counter. Her interactions with customers come across as if she is inconvenienced by their presence. Although stress and workload may be factors, it is crucial for all employees to maintain a professional attitude towards customers. Addressing this issue and encouraging appropriate workplace conduct will contribute to a more positive customer experience.

    They don't even try to deliver packages. I live in an apartment complex with USPS package lockers (not full), an entire package room, and a leasing office. Yet every time I get a package through USPS there's a little pink slip waiting for me that says, "No secure location available". The last time I complained in person the guy at the counter just shrugged (not his fault, but he was apparently used to hearing it). The next package I received was smashed into my mailbox and I couldn't get it out without cutting the contents out and then crushing the box. To add insult to injury the redelivery site rarely works properly and even when I fill it out, or fill out the pink slip for redelivery, they will never again attempt delivery.

    When I entered the building a male Asian postal worker was yelling at a customer for a seemingly routine mailing. When I approached the counter, I had not put my documents into the envelope. The woman at the counter instructed me to put the documents into the envelope, and as I was doing so she told me to leave the counter, because I'm supposed to have my items ready when I arrive at the counter. It took me literally 2 seconds to put my documents into the envelope. Then the Asian man who was yelling earlier started yelling to everyone in the line that they had to have their letters sealed by the time they reached the counter. The worker also did not allow me to verify the address on the screen before processing my payment. The woman who helped me looked at me with an angry stare the entire time I was there, despite me having done nothing out of the ordinary. It was a very unpleasant experience for something that should be easy and routine.

    This review is for the Cupertino Post office and regarding an incident that happened with me on 1/14 around 1 PM which involves a customer service rep, African America with pink hair (Later I learned her name to be Megan). I went to the post office to buy some stamps and reached there just after 1 not realizing it closes at 1:00 PM. I looked for some signs for hours but could not see anything. At this time, I saw an employee (African America, Pink hair ) come out from the service side to show a customer something in the automated mail area. When she was finished I asked her if the post office is closed. I didn't get any answer. Instead she turned around and started walking back. I thought she didn't hear, so I said excuse me. This time she just went inside and slammed the door on my face. I thought this was very rude. So, I went inside the post office (through the exit door which was open for customers to exit) to try to get the name of that person. I saw that same person. I asked her Can I have your name. She told me "Get out". I was shocked. I have never had such customer service experience in my life in USA. At this time another customer came out and she told me that this women service rep is always rude anytime she comes there. I took her name and also later learned the name of the pink hair African American customer service rep name - Its Megan. I will make a point to go back complain to the Station Manager. This PO need to clean up their act and understand that they are in a customer service area and CAN NOT treat their customers like this. We tax payers pay their salary and expect and demand a better service.
