::Don’t know what the problem is, clearly business hours and package hasn’t moved from here for quite some time. According to the reviews (which hopefully are trustworthy) this place seems to be in pretty bad shape with customer service.. well pretty much how they overall run everything. I hope they get a new manager replaced, one who can notice the errors being made and hire more suited employees for the job, and believe me, there is a ton out there.

::Can't believe how mismanaged the Carson post office is. Clerks are slow, submerged in useless paperwork. And they would never increase the service level according to demand. If 2 windows are open, they do not care if the waiting time goes to 30 minutes. And some (surely managers) will walk by, look and do nothing to address the situation. They still use rubber stamp processes from the ice age, paperwork paperwork paperwork from another era, well, if you have time to spend, here's the place. And please do not complain, they would never apologize, just stare at you with an attitude.

::Worst post office ever. Failed to deliver 8 packages in 2 years. I'm never compensated for my losses, and nobody cares because there's zero discipline or accountability from anyone that works there.

::**Edit Below, increase in stars** My package bound for Europe made it all the way to this location, then it disappeared. I am not sure what is going on in the personal lives of the folks that work here to garner such poor reviews and to be so negligent in their work, but I sincerely hope things improve for them. Your job is important, especially since people are paying their hard earned money for your services. **4 months later, my package eventually made it to its destination in Europe! 3 stars, better late than never!
