::Long lines, rude employees... Both times I've been here, I've waited in long lines and then to top it off, got yelled and chastised at by the same employee, once for coming up to the counter too soon and another time for not knowing that I had to fill out a form beforehand. All of my other customer service experiences with other US Post Office locations have been positive, although there might still be long lines. This location needs a self-service kiosk to relieve the long queue and, more importantly, to avoid being treated rudely and harshly to. Good alternatives to being treated poorly are: the closest USPS self-service kiosk at 1150 23RD AVE, SEATTLE, WA 98122-4822, and the UPS at 505 Broadway E, Seattle, WA. I will go out of my way to avoid this place in the future.

::I've been trying to co-ordinate a package delivery with these people the past 3 days, and it's been pretty abysmal experience. They attempted to deliver my package on a Saturday when I wasn't home. Despite my package not requiring a signature, it wasn't delivered, and instead they left a note in my mailbox saying I could pick it up at this location (despite my package being a large letter, and the fact that my apartment complex has a mailroom). So far so mediocre. However, even though my package should've been at this location the past 3 days, none of the employees can find it. They referred me to the carrier annex, where an employee told me they regularly have to send people to this location to help them find their own packages. Despite assuring me that they would find it today, they instead resent my package out for delivery, without my consent, and even though I was here when there was a supposedly attempted delivery, the driver did not knock on my door or otherwise attempt to contact me, nor did they leave a note saying they attempted a delivery. They requested my phone number so they could contact me in the event they found the package- though they didn't call me to inform that they had sent it out for delivery, so god know why they asked for it in the first place. I suppose there is sweet mercy in the fact that my package will probably be returned to France tomorrow, whereupon I can ask the sender to resend it through a carrier service that is more professional.
