::They lock the doors before 6p and get angry and rude with you if you come in. On another occasion I witnessed the manager fuss at a woman for placing the mail in the wrong mail box for delivery. I understand you may have had a long day but happens periodically throughout the day at this location. It mainly comes from the manager who mostly displays the rudeness. The other lady doesn’t say anything and is probably “low key” tired of her foolishness.

::I typically try not to interact for this exact reason. I wanted to ship my packages the correct way without mistake and the woman at the front counter had the worse attitude. If you hate your job then retire please. She showed me how to work a machine I didn’t need and interrupted another customer using said machine. Having an interaction like that at the beginning of the day is detrimental to some. She looked down her nose at me, and it felt like she was trying to brush me off. People like this should not work in customer service…all I asked for was a new label and she was very difficult about it. The lord doesn’t like ugly…

::There were two women. One older lady and a young girl. I had never been there before and did not realize there was a specific spot I had to fill out envelopes. A gentleman was waiting and I let him know he could go in front of me. The older lady was RUDE AS HELL. She told me to go to the other side and I wasn’t allowed to direct traffic. She could have been so much kinder and let me know respectfully where to go. I was not “directing traffic”, I was simply allowing the man to go in front of me. And she said it with attitude. I would have given a one star but the younger girl was so helpful and nice. That old lady should be fired. She has no customer service skills.

::Cannot contact to people and I spend over 50$ for just international calling fee and they still didn't let me call directly to person! AND I DIDN'T GET ANY RESPOND AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE! IT HAS BEEN DELAYED OVER 3 DAYS AND I SPEND 360$ TO GET ASAP BUT THEY ARE LETTING ME TO TALK WITH THEM. KEEP CALLING TO ARS AND MAKING ME TO SPEND SO MUCH FEE FOR JUST CALLING INTERNATIONAL CALL.
