  Avoid at all cost. Do not come here to renew passport. Made an appointment, took off work and brought my baby to get his passport. Arrived there and they said that there was no one there to help me and sent me on my way. WTH??? If you make a appointment for this post office, do not let them send you to another post office, saying they’ll help you. Was given the run around and no other post office would take us without an appointment

  It ok it a nice building. But they need more nice employees. There was broken glass at the door

  The woman I dealt with had an attitude with me from the start because I came right up to the window and waited instead of waiting literally 3 steps back. There was no line and this was my first time facilitating a return and she wasn't being helpful at all. She was snapping at me instead of talking to me like a regular human being. She was too busy projecting whatever negative energy she had been harboring so far today because she felt I was being disrespectful for not waiting to be called up. Regardless of where I waited, I said nothing and waited for her to respond to my presence. This is by far some of the worst customer service...

  A few problems. First, it's hard to find where the post office is in this building. Its a large building with no signage. But the main issue was I only came here to use their scale to make sure the weight of my package was correct for a prepaid shipping label. At other post offices this takes 30 sec. Ensure package is correct weight, then put it in the box since it already has a prepaid label. I don't understand why they have a scale out if it's been broken for a long time like they told me. I had to stand in a busy line just to confirm the scale is broken and have them weigh the package for me. I'd give 1 star since the scale is a pretty basic element of going to the post office. I'm giving 2 since the employee I dealt with was efficient and kind, and the line moved quickly.

  Came here to renew my passport and it couldn't have went more smoothly. I was in and out in 20 mins photos and all. Not to mention there was 3 of renewing. There was also lots of gift cards, gift bags and birthday cards, holiday cards etc the gift bags were a lot cheaper than at Safeway or Walgreens. Love that this post office is in a historic building loved the architecture of it! Also want to mention that the employees here were very nice too!! Will definitely be back!!
