::If you need passport services donโt bother with this location. They cancel appointments day of constantly and the phone number listed for the location does not get answered. Try a different post office.

::It looks like the employees at this USPS have troubles with foreigners, especially Asian. I came here today to send a package and was shocked by how rude and unprofessional they were, and what made me even more upset is they showed a totally different atitude to other Caucasian customers. They even made me to pay more for my prepaid label. This entire place is ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and don't ever come to this post office.

::It seems I had a better passport processing experience than most reviews here - I booked the last appointment slot of the day and went in with all the necessary paperwork. Was helped immediately and the passport lady couldnโt have been friendlier, in and out in 20 minutes.

::They will cancel your passport appointment without letting you know. Their only reasoning being the passport employee is out for the day. The workers have poor attitude, and run a very unorganized government institution.

::When I arrived, the employee here informed me that my appointment to get a passport had been CANCELLED. When I asked why, her attitude seemed contemptuous and told me to go check my own email, which was sent to me by the colleague she had taken leave from. I spoke to her in a respectful manner and I did not understand why she was reacting this way. I checked my email, text messages, and spam mailbox and I was sure that USPS did not send a cancellation email. So I returned to the front desk and informed her that my appointment had not been cancelled. She started yelling at me and refused to listen to me as if I was wasting her time. The rudeness was ridiculous. The employee in charge of passport stuff was out sick, which I can understand, we all get sick sometimes, but USPS did not inform the passport processor that their appointment was cancelled (there was a passport processor in line behind me that had the same problem). This is extremely irresponsible behavior, and the employees here show no apology for making you spend a lot of time getting to a remote post office, but instead will accuse you of wasting their time. This was my first post office in the US and the experience was shocking.
