  This is my favorite post office. The staff at the front desk is always very friendly, efficient and willing to assist. And also their closing hours are a little bit more late than most of the other posts offices, they close at 5:30pm, what makes it more convenient.

  This was around 3:50pm to 4:00pm I went to close out my PO Box, the guy at the middle counter helped me to close it out, at first I thought he closed out my PO Box when I gave him my PO Box keys, after I filled out the change of address form I asked him if I was eligible for a refund since I opened my PO Box (medium size) on December 2022 and closed it on February 2023, he's like "no you're not eligible for no refund, I already checked so take care." When I got home I checked online to see if it was really closed I saw that it was still open and that guy nevered closed it out so I had to close it out myself on the site and was able to get my refund to be charged back to the original card. It didn't make sense that he tells me that i'm not eligible for no refund if I had the PO Box for 2 months (paid for the year). if I checked it myself online and it said that I was eligible for it. I forgot his name but he seems to be sketchy.

  So useful place, it's my first carrier that I use when I have to send a package, it's trustful!!

  They keep Sending my Small Business packages back! The counter person was incredibly rude and insulting. Someone else lied about being the Manager😶.. Watch out! Very..Distressing feeling vulnerable about my .ail being SECURE. my nail

  The most absolute horrible post office ever. Their lines are always long. My mail always comes around 4:30pm-5pm. There is one clerk there that I can’t stand who is the short white guy at the first counter. He is always rude and argumentative. My mail is always lost or put into the incorrect mailbox and I’m always receiving the wrong mail as well. I can’t stand this post office. The courier is so lazy; she won’t get out the truck to put my package on the step. She’d rather put a post card in the mail stating undeliverable due to no one being home. I go to the Coram post office where the workers are much nicer and you receive much better customer service unless I have to pick up mail from there. Do not go there unless you absolutely have to. The old supervisor Shannon was nice. I’m sorry they moved him to another site.
