  Anytime I want to send an item they work just fine, but if you want to pick an item up they can be very slow. No one was working the pick up item line when I arrived and whenever they show up they disappear for 15 min. Was the third person in that line and it took well over 30 min for someone to help.

  Been dealing with Alex for more than a year and hes the best of the best. Very warm,respectful and courteous. Keep it up buddy you the best.He is always trying to help and has a great attitude. All the staff from this place deserves a raise.

  Excellent customer service!! I have a PO box at this location so I'm their frequently. Very efficient professional and friendly. A ++++++

  Good thing? This is a slow Post Office with almost no wait. Bad thing? This facility has very rude personnel. The younger help is OK, but the tenured clerks act like entitled children

  Trina, the manager, has been so incredibly helpful in a lengthy issue I have been dealing with, thanks to a different Miami PO. She is the only person who has offered any help/information, and even though the package issue isn't her problem whatsoever, she is going out of her way to help me find it. The only good customer service I have experience with the FL post offices so far. She cares about her customers. Thanks, Trina!
