  They lost 3 of my packages since I moved to this postal office area. Last package they took appeared in Louisville 40 days later, only crushed box without my brand new $200 watch. Very aggravating dealing with people that don't care about what they do.

  They hand over packages to the post office and when you contact you can not reach a human being.

  Tried to call today at Gardenside, no answer. No answer at Nandindo. I live at 2088 Fallon, mail today was delivered to 2092 and this happened also two weeks ago and many other times. Mail on Nov 2 came at 10:30 am, mail on Nov 3 came at 4:30 but ended up in my neighbors box at 2092. Your review ratings are terrible and I can understand why.

  I have been calling now for a couple of days and various times. Phone just rings and rings till it hangs up. If they don't answer phones why list a number? Just say no phone service Available. I dropped off a package over a Week ago and still not showing up in tracking system. Not sure what's going on but was something I purchased and it was damaged. They won't send replacement until they receive it back. I can't even get ahold of anyone to talk to! Need to figure out what happened?
