  Agreed with the others here. Short queues. Super helpful and friendly staff. Actually v easy to find: on basement level of Macy’s look just to the right of the San Francisco Tourism counter. You’ll see a post office sign above. Just go to the right.

  This post office is no longer a secret. Located in Macy’s on the lower level. Friendly Service and a small selection of packing material are available. Closed on Sundays.

  All the good things other reviews said are true! Friendly service, minimal wait and heritage charm. Location is a bit tricky but just go down the escalator, turn 180 degrees right and there is a sign hanging from the ceiling with "post office" Totally stress free and worth the extra walk!
