  The individuals that I've interacted with that work at this post office are usually very kind and helpful. However I have had issues with the letter carriers as well as the larger post office system.

  Worse ever post office. I live a few blocks from this PO but drive 10 minutes away to use a tiny office that I get in and out of in half the time! Lines are long, wait time is no less than a half hour, 1 maybe 2 windows open in what is suppose to be the areas main post office. People are rude! Nothing good to say about this location but avoid it at all cost!!! Also recently all our packages delivered from that office are showing up damaged and one was opened and empty!!!! This is totally unacceptable!!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is completely awful. Ever single clerk is beyond rude. All I needed was a change of address form, they don’t have them out like everyone else so you have to ask for it. The line had 5 people in front of me and all I needed was one form that should be out already

  Wow! I have lived here in Aurora my whole life and this is hands down the best the customer service has ever been! The staff does a great job at getting through the line during what I like to call “the going home rush” which used to be a 30 minute wait - now it is quick in an out effiecently! (10 minutes at most!) Claudia, the supervisor, was very helpful and has created a very hard-working and positive environment in this store! I have been in 3-4 times in the last month and every single time I was honestly impressed with the team. Great job you guys! Keep up the good work and smiles!!! - Nicole

  Without going into the long details of how this post office has made my life super inconvenient for the last month, including mistakenly changing the lock to my mail box prematurely so I have to drive 3 miles to check my mail that is on hold (only option given considering its 6 weeks to get a new lock and I move in 3 weeks!) When I initially came in to report the issue, supervisor Claudia, was impressively rude and passive aggressive. She has a smart mouth and I'm amazed she has been able to maintain her position for years! Shows how low they set the bar for their employees.
