  Why have a phone when nobody picks it up? I had to call another location to ask for information about this one.

  Only had one question, and that was if he could make sure the package wasnt left at my daughters front door if she wasnt home, and he was very rude and acted like he had never heard of such a thing...so after leaving the first part of my review just a day ago my daughter received her box and it looked like it had been used for a game of kick ball! Not to mention a huge cut/rip in it! I had 3 bath and body works candles wrapped in bubble wrap as well as the boz lined in bubble wrap and 2 of the 3 candles arrived shattered!! I really wish i would have read the reviews of this totally incompetent facility before I utilized their services!! I just assumed there was really no big difference in the way stuff is shipped and handled , but just various levels of rudeness and arrogance throughout the postal service workers in offices. What a shame and disgrace these huge waste of spaces are at this cherrybell office! Pathetic!

  This post office steals valubale packages then wipes the tracking number. Ive sent two boxes from sierra vista and they both disappeared during tracking at this exact post office. Thrn the trac koo ng number became "invalid" so my insirance could mot be filed!!! There is an obvious thief working here that they refuse to address. I have the case numbers to prove it if google wants to double check with me before posting this. Horrible the post masters wont take responsibility i wont use usps anymore. My lost packages were only headed to texas. Az to texas. Not that far so i know its been stolen.

  I have always had great service at this Post Office, and I've been going there for posting parcels, letters, placing hold orders, etc. for over 7 years. Friendly,competent people, and that goes for our letter carrier, too! A lot of people complain because they have to wait in line sometimes, but it’s a lot like at a restaurant... there are busy as well as slow times.
