  Brittany was so kind and helpful. She gave part of my task to her supervisor because it was something she couldn’t do. The supervisor asked me to wait until all the others are served. The line continued to grow. 10+ people were helped while I waited. Once the line ended and my 5 year old and I stood there by counter, she left. I can understand what I needed help with isn’t urgent, but just like everyone else; I came here to get help. After all of this, come to find out that what I needed is something they can’t help with. I’m really upset with how I was treated.

  Only one person working and 6 people in line but very good service when it was your turn.

  I love my post office and all my mail carriers. Whenever I have an issue they are able to fix it quickly. They are so much more helpful than the contact center for the USPS.

  Staff is not helpful and just rude. Well, some staff. There is 1 lady worker at the desk who is very helpful, kind, and personable, but gets the job done in a timely fashion for people. Other workers, take note and don't hate on her.
