::THEY have terrible terrible service. The employees seem like they really don’t want to work. I walked in to change my address on what needed to be either redelievered or picked up at this facility, and they sent my package back, the woman told me to come the following day because my package was already on the street with the mail person, so I came back the very next day as she suggested and they sent my package back to the original sender. Very disappointing and annoying.

::After confirming the "ship to" address and the "sender" address clerk #24 took it upon herself to ship my package to me; the sender. The package I was sending to my nephew for his bday was shipped back to my house for no reason. Not only was i mistreated during my visit in this office, she was not even able to do her job correctly ans ship my package to the correct destination. I will not use this location again.

::I feel power less. They have a phone number ty hey Never answer. The supervisor told me there is no one ABOVE her only Washington DC. Today I went to complain about my package and I was basically told to go f myself because the package was scanned.. it is not the first time this happens they just don't care to analyze the root of the problem. Their supervisors words where thousands of packages get lost every day so beat. Is this the kind of leadership we have? I feel so powerless if somebody is reading this please take action On the subject.

::This has got to be one of most irresponsible, unprofessional and neglectful post offices in business. I literally called dozens of times throughout the span of a month and a half and to no avail (no one answers the phone, ever!) after never receiving a package that was marked delivered on a day I was home and I even asked the carrier if he had any package for me that very day it marked Delivered, to which he rudely replied "No" and speed away from my home. I believe that carrier most likely stole my package which contained jewelry since none of my neighbors claimed to have received it. And despite opening a claim for it, they never investigated or supplied details of what went wrong and why I never received my package. Plus, my local carrier is beyond rude, lazy and untrustworthy. They should be shut down!

::I've called more then 7 times and no one has picked up the phone. My package couldn't be delivered yesterday and it said to call so I'm trying to not waste my time going over there but how can't I when no one is picking up the phone. If I can give them zero stars I would.
