  Usually I try not to write reviews targeted at an individual employee, but she's just so unpleasant. I had the same experience as Pitchakorn Niruntasukrat and I know we're talking about the same woman. Many of us are just selling are used clothes and such. There is a counter for us to drop things off - whether we drop them off or you yell at us to stay in line to ask the questions - it's the same outcome that the item will be shipped. If we want insurance or stamps or for some reason we need to tell you there's lithium batteries in our package of clothing - we'll let you know and will stay in line. I know you are doing your job and think you are being thorough, but you are very rude. Please consider a process change like the USPS on milk street to let us drop off our packages if we've done the effort of properly packing and printing our labels at home.

  I went to this USPS on Dec 4,2017 at around 9.00am. The female employee was so rude and unhelpful at all. I suggest you to go to USPS at 31 Milk St Lbby, Boston, MA 02109 instead. That usps got low reviews, but trust me it's better than this usps.

  This post office is great; I go here regularly. Someone on staff does these amazing animal paintings that change and move around every couple of months like the hedge animals from the shining. A+

  Have been using this post office for 8 years. They are always friendly, polite and quick!
