::this *used* to be my favorite post office to visit, when i worked in the area years ago. it is still beautiful, but some of the workers are so miserable, apparently - and seem to enjoy passing the misery and bad vibes on to their customers. the worker in question scolded me for not bringing in a paper printout of a shipping manifest that has never been a problem to be shown digitally at other locations, and was all around just not a joy to deal with. i would steer clear of this place for now. also, reading other reviews indicates to me that you can no longer count on your packages arriving reliably - another aspect i had previously never worried about at this location. so very disappointed.

::This woman should be fired. Extremely vile customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my whole life, and this is EVERY TIME I come and not just with me but with every customer interaction I have witnessed with her. She rolls her eyes at people, throws their letters and packages around in a dismissive way. Refuses to help. Laughs at you. Refuses to answer questions. Refuses packages and letters although they are properly labeled. She acted with a lot of anger and what I suspect racism toward me every time I have gone. People with such hate and disregard for customer service should not be allowed to keep their job. I urge USPS to do an investigation into this employee as soon as possible.

::The worst customer service experience I’ve had in 28 years of existing. I can’t even put into words how horrible I was treated. The woman “helping” me was miserable and repeatedly slammed my packages. She was clearly bothered by my presence and refused to answer any questions I’ve had. Experiencing deliberate homophobia in 2022 is insane.

::I had to spend some time wrapping packages at this location today and the customer service I observed in the hour I stayed (it was a complex package!) was stellar. The woman there was so kind, and I didn’t catch her name, but the man, Tuan, consistently went above and beyond to make people’s orders easy. He also was so cordial to the regulars, you could tell that they appreciated his warmth. Bravo to Tuan and his co worker today!!! Truly stellar service from both

::Would NOT recommend shipping a package from this location. A couple of weeks ago I dropped a priority 2 day package off here on a Saturday before the last shipment went out, it was not scanned/accepted until WEDNESDAY the next week. I don't mean they forgot to scan it before it went in transit and then it was eventually updated along the way. I mean the package sat there for 5 days and then it was shipped from this location. I hoped it was an isolated incident, but unfortunately it happened again this week. Shipped a priority 2 day on Monday and it is now Wednesday and I still don't know whether my package is in transit or sitting in their office, and judging by my visit today neither do they because they didn't bother to scan it. I don't know if this is some sort of delay tactic to buy time because they are overwhelmed or they're simply incompetent, but as someone who runs a small online business this routine has become infuriating and a waste of money.
