  The staff is great, I've been here like 3 times. Yesterday was the last one and they are so helpful, patient and efficient. They work so fast but at the same time provide help. I had no idea how to send a self return package and they helped me. I hope the employees from yesterday are valued. First time in a while I actually leave a review for good service.

  The link on my receipt doesn’t work for leaving a review so wanted to leave one here for Vicki and Kevin. Vicki helped me with calculating how many more stamps I should place on my package today. She was so helpful, patient, and professional. She explained things very clearly and gave great customer service. In the past few years of using the USPS service in Bellevue, the staff at the factoria location are the best. Before I went to the factoria location today, I went to the bel-red USPS because it was closer to me and I was in a hurry. One of the staff there, a middle-aged man who wears glasses and works at the most right side of the counter when you walk into the store, was incredibly unhelpful and it seemed like he did not want to do his job. My request was to know how many more stamps I should place on my package and he straight up told me that what I had on the package was not enough and just don’t send it. What a ridiculous reply. He did not want to help calculate nor help in any ways. It was very frustrating and this was the second time I had met this staff. It has seem like he is not the best at his job. I then drove to factoria and got help from Vicki, who was so great and awesome. In September, Kevin helped me with sending an international package. I let him know that I would like this to be sent spending the least amount of money as I can. He went above and beyond to problem solve with me, using the cheaper envelopes and condensing the space/rolling the two pieces of clothes I was sending to the smallest size possible and even taped the package for me. That package made it safe to my family and I am so grateful for Kevin’s help.

  Best post office in town. They are not just professional at what they are doing. They seem to enjoy their job and are so friendly to all customers. I feel so welcomed every time I step in.

  One of the fastest PO's I ever experienced, they provide great service and get you quickly on your way. An associate made sure I wasn't buying more postage than nessasary and ended up saving me a bucks. Much appreciated!

  I use this post office quite often and have always had friendly, accurate, patient, and helpful service. I absolutely love all the employees here and wish I could give them all a raise myself. If any of the employees are reading this, thank you so much!!
