::USPS has terrible customer service and continually cannot figure out how our driveway works. They cause our packages to be delayed day after day because “the driveway or front door was not accessible” which is not true. Also they sometimes deliver to the wrong house

::I ordered a package and the driver decided not to bring the package because there was a foot of snow.

::Our delivery person for Hillside area has been SHOVING boxes into our mailbox even if they do not fit. I’m sure that drivers aren’t trained to forcefully squish packages in rather than walking it up to the front door.

::This post office needs to get their delivery guys in order. They consistently deliver to the wrong address, lose mail & packages, and ignore returned mail. I'm sure the office itself has pleasant workers. But this is about the service delivered to the residents in this zip code and these guys are by far the worst in town. Be extremely mindful of your mail if you live in this zip code.

::I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, i feel like the window folks AT the PO always at least try their best to help me, no matter what I need. On the OTHER hand, mail delivery is spotty AT BEST, and i have failed to receive several important packages and correspondence because of this. Yesterday, an item i was expecting on Jan. 19th went out for delivery at 6am. I work from home, and my landlord almost never leaves her house. Starting at 530, i actually WATCHED for the postman to bring my package. At 815 i gave up. Then I received a notification that he had ATTEMPTED to deliver at 730pm but was unable to "gain access". WHAT?!? We keep our cars in the garage, so nothing blocks the driveway. There are obvious and accessible steps leading right to my front door. AND we literally have the biggest mailbox i have ever seen, big house number right across it, it is in plain view on the UNOBSTRUCTED street RIGHT THERE. So, either he couldn't locate the correct address and was trying to deliver somewhere else (not the first time), or he was LYING because he wanted to go home and had to document reasons for undelivered mail. Because he for SURE did not come to MY house. If he had, he definitely would have mentioned the moat. Kidding. And i am going with reason two. Because his job is literally to KNOW WHERE PEOPLE LIVE, so if he can't do that, he should probably find another calling.
